7-22-08 Raphael and the Dr

Picked up the guys on Peaks Island at 0815 after a fog delay. Headed out to the channel and picked up some macks for the livewell. Headed to the Cape shore and set up tight to some ledge. The guys began throwing Sluggos and the Dr hooks up almost right away with a nice fat slot fish. The guys continue to get action while I set up a bait rod. Soon after the bait rod hits the water it gets taken. Good action during the whole trip with fish between 21-28". All fish were nice and wide. For the general spotty fishing this year the ones we have landed have all looked healthy and strong.
